James Tanner served up delicious speedy sponge puddings that can be cooked in the microwave on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: Zest 1 orange, 120g butter, soft plus extra for greasing, 110g caster sugar, 2 eggs, 180g self raising flour and 1 tbsp warm water.
