Dean’s toffee apple bread and butter pudding recipe on Lorraine

Dean Edwards served up a delicious toffee apple bread and butter pudding dessert on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 2 Braeburn apples, peeled, cored and diced, 1 brioche loaf, or bread of your choice, sliced if possible, 40g unsalted butter, for frying apple and buttering bread of your choice (optional), 60g raisins, 80g soft toffee sweets, 400ml milk, 400ml double cream, 4 egg yolks, 40g caster sugar, 3 tbsp marmalade, warmed, Vanilla ice cream, for serving and Icing sugar for dusting.
