Mark impressed the judges with his herb crusted cod main course and dark chocolate marquise dessert on MasterChef: The Professionals.

Mark prepared the dishes for the food critics and also for judges Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti. After sampling both dishs, everyone was in agreement that these were two excellent plates of food especially the main course that was the dish of the day.
