Simon Rimmer Sticky Coffee Pudding recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer make a delicious sticky coffee pudding using strong espresso on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 250ml strong coffee, 350g dates, 350g self raising flour, 125g butter, 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 300g sugar and 4 eggs.

For the sauce: 200ml soft dark brown sugar, 200ml butter, 200ml cream and 50ml strong espresso.
