Simon Rimmer’s Banana Pudding Recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer make a delicious American banana pudding for crowd-pleasing dessert on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 5 yolks, 65g sugar, 30g cornflour, 500ml milk, 2 chopped/mashed bananas, 1 vanilla pod, 30g butter and 1 tbs banana liqueuer.

For the crumble: 200g ice cream wafers, crumbled, 1 tsp soft light brown sugar, 2g cinnamon and 75g melted butter.
