John Whaite serves up Korean beef fajitas street food on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 500g flank or skirt steaks, 2 banana shallots, finely chopped, 1 Granny Smith apple, finely grated, 4 large garlic cloves, roughly chopped, 3 star anise, 75ml light soy sauce and 2tbsp fish sauce.
For the pickle: ¼ red cabbage, finely shredded, ½ cucumber, pulp removed and grated, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cider vinegar and Juice of 1 tangerine/clementine.
To serve: British lettuce leaves and Garlic mayonnaise.
