Comedian Ed Byrne takes the reigns on The Great Comic Relief Bake Off tonight as the fourth set of celebrities go head-to-head in the bake off tent.

Victoria Wood, Alexa Chung, Chris Moyles and Kayvan Novak must impress Paul and Mary in the three challenges they will face if they are to be in with a chance to be crowned star baker.

For the technical challenge, the celebs must bake 12 crumpets to Paul Hollywood recipe and with the master baker carrying out the taste test, they will be under added pressure to get it right.

Th ingridents for the crumpets are:

175g strong white flour, 175g plain flour, 2 x 7g sachets instant yeast, 1 tsp caster sugar, 350ml warm milk, 150-200ml warm water, ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda and 1 tsp salt and sunflower oil for cooking.
