Pepperoni and vegetarian pizzas recipe on Mel and Sue

Colette Broomhead makes tasty pepperoni and vegetarian pizzas on Mel and Sue.

The ingredients for the dough are: 1tsp salt, 450g strong white bread flour, 7g/1 sachet dried yeast, 50ml olive oil and 280-320ml warm water.

For the pepperoni Pizza: 150g Tomato passata , 75g pepperoni slices, 150g jarred roasted red peppers, Couple of small handfuls grated mozzarella and 10 leaves fresh basil.
