Sam Joseph and Conor Walsh showcased their food waste idea in Brighton for their Real Junk Food cafes on Jamie and Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast.

Jamie and Jimmy took their food waste fight to Brighton were they teamed up with young chefs Sam and Conor who want to take their business idea to the town and open up a new restaurant serving food made with waste ingredients.

Jamie and Jimmy help boys find potential suppliers and customers, as well as inviting Brighton’s great and good to a food waste feast with food that was destine for landfill.
