Raymond Blanc makes a twelfth night cake to mark the twelfth day after Christmas on Saturday Kitchen.

The cake originated in France in the 12th Century to celebrate Epiphany – when the three kings come to meet the baby Jesus.

And hidden inside the frangipane layer are special charms made of porcelain.
