Gino serves up broccoli and cauliflower soup with crispy chestnuts soup for the winter on Let’s Do Christmas.
The ingredients are: 250ml boiling vegetable or chicken stock, 100g cauliflower florets cut up small, 150g broccoli florets, 2 heaped tbsp garlic and herb cream cheese, 15g unsalted butter, 1 tsp olive oil, 40g vac-pac chestnuts, 1 tsp of chopped red chilli, a few small sage leaves and a little double cream.
