Bikers rum and raisin panna cotta recipe on Christmas Kitchen with James Martin

Si and Dave serves up panna cotta with rum and raisins for the festive season on Christmas Kitchen with James Martin.

The Bikers says: “This easy, creamy dessert is less dense than a traditional pudding but still packed with Christmas spices.”

The ingredients are: 4 tbsp raisins, 4 tbsp dark rum, 6 gelatine sheets, 1 litre double cream, 120g caster sugar, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp ground allspice, ¼ tsp nutmeg, to taste, 1 tsp ground cinnamon and 1 handful berries, such as redcurrants, to serve.
