The ingredients are: 150 g butter, softened, plus extra for greasing, 150 g caster sugar, 2 eggs,A few drops of almond essence or almond extract, 50 ml milk, 150 g self-raising flour, sifted, 150 g ground almonds, 150 g fresh or frozen raspberries, defrosted if frozen, 25 g flaked almonds, icing sugar, for dusting and fresh raspberries and softly whipped cream, to decorate.
