Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty BBQ salmon burger on Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours.
The ingredients are: 4 sustainable, skinless and boneless salmon fillets (approx. 600g), 2 tsp Dijon mustard, Zest and juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp chopped oregano (or ½ tsp dried)1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley, Pinch of salt and chilli flakes and Olive oil (for drizzling).
