Simon Rimmer served up a delicious raspberry marble cake on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 225g of butter, 225g of sugar, 4 eggs, 225g self-raising flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 tablespoons of milk, 30g of freeze-dried raspberries, blitzed fine, 1 teaspoon of rosewater and 1 teaspoon of pink food colouring.
For the icing : 250g of icing sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of pink food colouring and 30ml (approximately warm water).
