Simon Rimmer served up delicious cranberry flapjack with fresh berries on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 75g pumpkin seeds, 50g sesame seeds, 150g butter, 90g honey, 100g light muscavado sugar, 150g rolled porridge oats, 150g roughly chopped smoked almonds, 150g dried cranberries, Zest of half an orange and 80g chopped dates.
For the topping: 200g of icing sugar mixed with 50ml water.
