Alexis Conran and Cherry Healey chicken tikka masala on Air Fryer Made Easy

Alexis Conran and Cherry Healey served up a tasty chicken tikka masala on Air Fryer Made Easy.

The ingredients include: 2 diced chicken breasts.

For the marinade: 100g plain yoghurt, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1tbsp tomato purée, curry powder, tsp grated ginger, garlic.

For the masala: cherry tomatoes, tsp mince ginger, tsp mince garlic, tbsp milled curry powder, tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, squeeze of lemon, spring onions and cream to finish before blending.

Fresh coriander to garnish.
