The ingredients include: 2 boneless Raw chicken thighs, 100g cornflour, 2 beaten egg whites and oil for spraying.

For the spice mix: 1 tsp celery salt, garlic salt, paprika, onion powder, white pepper and mustard powder.

Coleslaw to serve.
