James Martin French vinaigrette dressing recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty French vinaigrette dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 150ml veg oil, 50ml white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard and Splash of water.

To serve : 100g French beans and 100g asparagus, blanched and drained.
