Beth’s Bridlington tarts with nettles, pistachios and mixed berry jam on Andi Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts

Beth served up delicious Bridlington tarts with nettles, pistachios and miked berry jam on Andi Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts.

The ingredients include: self raising flour, baking powder, sugar, sunflower oil, water, lemon juice, mixed berry jam, cardamom, fresh raspberries and pumpkin seeds.

For the cream topping: vegan cream, lemon juice and turmeric.
