Beth served up delicious Bridlington tarts with nettles, pistachios and miked berry jam on Andi Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts.
The ingredients include: self raising flour, baking powder, sugar, sunflower oil, water, lemon juice, mixed berry jam, cardamom, fresh raspberries and pumpkin seeds.
For the cream topping: vegan cream, lemon juice and turmeric.
