Simon Rimmer served up a delicious chocolate fudge traybake with custard on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 100g plain chocolate, 100g milk chocolate, 100ml water, 200g butter, 200g self raising flour, 200g light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 100ml buttermilk, 2 eggs and 65g cocoa powder.
For the topping: 100g dark chocolate, 170g condensed milk and 100g butter.
Decorate with grated chocolate and serve with custard or cream or hot chocolate sauce.
