James Martin served up a delicious rum cake knickerbocker glory with roasted rhubarb, blood orange and toasted marshmallows on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 rum cake cubed, 500g rhubarb diced, , 5g caster sugar, 2 blood oranges juice and zest, 2 blood oranges segmented, 400ml double cream, Ginger or Vanilla ice cream, Marshmallows, Toasted almonds and Chocolate twirls.
