Raymond Blanc served up a tasty bistro classic Lyonnaise salad on Raymond Blanc’s Royal Kitchen Gardens.
The ingredients include: Frisée lettuce, mache lettuce, bacon lardons, poached eggs, croutons, fresh chives, black pepper and shallots.
For the French dressing: 1/2 a shallot, 2tsp Dijon mustard, dash of vinegar, olive oil, water, fresh tarragon, fresh chives, salt and pepper.
