Raymond Blanc served up a delicious summer fruit gratin on Raymond Blanc’s Royal Kitchen Gardens.
The ingredients include: Muscat wine, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, grapes, sugar, fresh peppermint and black pepper.
For the sabayon: egg yolks, muscat wine, sugar, and lemon juice.
To finish: icing sugar and mint.
