Simon King and Dave Myers served up tasty grilled scallop queenies with a beer sabayon on The Hairy Bikers Go West.
The ingredients are: 20 queen scallops on the half shell, 85g butter, 3 large free-range egg yolks, 1 tsp lemon juice, 100ml wheat beer, 1 tbsp snipped fresh chives, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
