John Gregory-Smith served up tasty Cajun chicken kebabs with cannellini beans hummus on Morning Live.
The ingredients for the chicken marinade are: 600g chicken thigh fillets, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp dried oregano, The juice of half a lemon and A good pinch of salt.
For the salad: 1 red onion, finely sliced, 2 handfuls of shredded lettuce, The juice of half a lemon and A pinch of salt.
To serve: 4 soft flatbreads to serve and Chilli sauce to serve (optional).
For the hummus (optional): 1 x 400g tin cannellini beans, 2 cloves garlic, 100g tahini and A pinch of salt.
