Bake off winner Matty Edgell served up delicious American style chocolate chip cookies with macadamia nuts on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 160g soft unsalted butter, 150g light brown sugar, 75g granulated sugar, 1 medium egg , 1 medium egg yolk, 300g plain flour, 2 tbsp malt powder , ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1 tsp flaked sea salt, 150g macadamia nuts, roughly chopped, 150g milk chocolate chips and 100g 70% chocolate bar.
