James Martin served up tasty Deep Fried Shrimp with Thai Dipping Sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 8 large shrimp, Vermicelli noodles and Veg oil, for frying.
For the Sauce: 1 clove garlic, peeled, 1 bunch thai basil, 1 small bunch coriander and 25 ml soy sauce.
For the Dipping sauce: 25 ml water, 25g caster sugar, 25ml smoked vinegar and 1 or 2 red chilli, sliced.
