Simon and Dave’s Filipino pork noodle stir fry (pancit) with vegetables and clementine recipe on The Hairy Bikers: Coming Home for Christmas

Simon King and Dave Myers serve up a tasty Filipino pork noodle stir fry (pancit) with vegetables and clementine for the festive season on The Hairy Bikers: Coming Home for Christmas.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 red onion, chopped, 300g pork fillet, thinly sliced, 2 carrots, cut into batons, 1 red pepper, thinly sliced, 100g green beans, trimmed, 200g cabbage, shredded, 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 200ml chicken stock, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tsp sriracha (optional), 1 lime, juice only and ½ clementine or mandarin, juice only (optional).

For the noodles: 250g rice vermicelli noodles, cooked according to packet instructions, 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp soy sauce.

To serve: 2 spring onions, finely sliced and 1 lime, cut into wedges.
