Si and Dave served up tasty roast sirloin beef with creamed horseradish for the festive season on The Hairy Bikers: Coming Home for Christmas.

The ingredients for the beef are: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2kg sirloin of beef, 2 tbsp English mustard powder, 1 tbsp ground sea salt and 1 tbsp cracked black pepper.

For the creamed horseradish: 4 tbsp horseradish root, grated, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, pinch English mustard powder, 1 tsp caster sugar and 150ml double cream.
