Simon Rimmer served up a delicious bread and pudding with white chocolate and blueberries on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 500g of brioche loaf, thickly sliced, 50g soft butter, 1 small punnet of blueberries, 100g demarera sugar, 100g white choc chips, 9 egg yolks, 1 egg, 400ml double cream, 600ml milk, 125g sugar and 1 teaspoon.
