Simon Rimmer scary black chocolate Swiss roll recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious scary black chocolate Swiss roll for Halloween on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 4 eggs, separated, 135g sugar, 2 tbsp strong coffee, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 65g flour, 50g black cocoa powder (plus more to roll with) and 100g seedless raspberry jam.

For the filling: 65g black cocoa, 100g sugar, 2 tablespoon cornflour, 250ml milk, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
