The ingredients are: 4 x pork steaks, 1 x sliced onion, 3 cloves chopped garlic, 2 tablespoon grain mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 200ml cider, 250ml cream, 1 tablespoon chopped sage, 3 chopped pears and Serve with rice.
