Simon Rimmer served up a tasty caramelised onion and mustard tart on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1 quantity shortcrust pastry, 50g butter, 15ml oil, 4 large Spanish onions, sliced, 1 clove crushed garlic, 2 eggs, 2 yolks, 150ml double cream, 30g wholegrain mustard, Salt and pepper.
