Nadiya Hussain kulfi ice cream bars with custard cream biscuits, raspberries and cardamom recipe on Nadiya’s Simple Spices

Nadiya Hussain served up delicious kulfi ice cream bars with custard cream biscuits, raspberries and cardamom on Nadiya’s Simple Spices.

The ingredients for the biscuit are: 400g custard cream biscuits, 100g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing and pinch of salt.

For the ice cream: 4 cardamom pods, 600ml double cream, 200g condensed milk, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 200g raspberries, halved and 100g pistachios, roughly chopped.
