Jimmy Lee served up tasty Hong Kong sweet and sour chicken with cranberry juice and tomato ketchup & 60 second Singapore noodles on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 chicken breasts, cut into large chunks, 200g cornflour / potato starch, 1 egg, beaten, 100ml vegetable oil, ½ onion, roughly chopped, ½ red pepper, ½ green pepper, roughly chopped, ½ can of diced pineapple, 200ml cranberry juice, 2 tbsp white or malt vinegar, 2-3 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp ketchup, 50g cornflour or potato starch, Salt and pepper.
