James Martin BBQ mackerel with chicken stock, yuzu and soy sauce recipe

James Martin served up tasty BBQ mackerel with chicken stock, yuzu and soy sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 3 mackerel, butterflied, 1 tsp vinegar and 5 tsp olive oil, Salt and pepper, 200ml chicken stock, 1 tbsp yuzu, 1 tbsp soy and Few micro coriander to garnish.
