James Martin served up tasty BBQ fish with roasted broccoli, Moroccan spices and a peanut butter and Sherry vinegar dressing on James Martin’s Spanish Adventure.

The ingredients for the Moroccan spice mix include: sumac, mustard seeds, paprika cardamom, turmeric and cumin.

For the dressing: peanut butter, lemon zest and juice, orange zest and juice, Sherry vinegar olive oil, Moroccan spice mix and pinch of salt.
