Andi Oliver Marrakesh-inspired spiced lamb shoulder recipe on Andi Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts

Andi Oliver served up a tasty Marrakesh-inspired spiced lamb shoulder with peanuts and fresh coriander following a visit to Morocco on Andi Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts.

The ingredients are: 2kg lamb shoulder, pinch saffron, 2 sticks cinnamon, 2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 star anise, 3 fresh bay leaves, 20g fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 35g garlic, finely chopped, 300g red onion, finely chopped, 80g butter, melted, 80ml olive oil and large pinch salt.

To garnish: 50g crushed raw peanuts, 1 spring onion, finely chopped and 15g fresh coriander and flat leaf parsley mixed, finely chopped.
