Simon Rimmer served up a tasty xo sauce spaghetti vongole on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 60g shrimp paste, 100g smoked bacon lardons, 50g nduja, 200ml vegetable oil, Tablespoon honey, 1 finely diced shallot, Tablespoon chilli flakes, 50mm piece ginger, grated, Teaspoon cinnamon, 3 star anise, 50ml sherry, 30ml soy, 3 cloves garlic, 500g dried spaghetti, cooked, 1kg clams, 250g halved cherry toms and Chopped parsley to serve.
