Shivi Ramoutar Thai crab cakes recipe on Oti Mabuse Breakfast Show

Shivi Ramoutar served up tasty Thai crab cakes with pickled radish on Oti Mabuse Breakfast Show.

The ingredients are: 100-200g cooked white crab meat, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, zest of 1 lime, juice of 1/2 a lime, 1 red chilli, finely chopped, 1/2 inch size piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 2 tsp sweet chili sauce, 1 heaped tsp Thai green curry paste, 2 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed, 2 spring onions, finely chopped, 1 egg, beaten, 3 tbsp plain flour, plus extra for coating, 1 beaten egg, for coating, 4 tbsp breadcrumbs, for coating, vegetable oil for frying, chillies(chopped, coriander and lime.
