Freddy Forster mango and coconut sorbet recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Freddy Forster served up a delicious mango and coconut sorbet on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 5 overripe and soft mangoes, 250ml coconut cream, 1 lime, zested and juiced, 300g Greek yogurt, 50ml water, 25g caster sugar and 150g honey.

To serve: 1 packet of marshmallows, Crushed pistachio nuts and Drizzle of black treacle or honey.
