John Whaite served up delicious coconut and chocolate macaroon brownies on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients for the brownie batter are: 135g dark chocolate pieces , 135g unsalted butter, diced , 175g caster sugar , 100g plain flour , 2 large free-range eggs and Sea salt flakes.

For the topping: 2 large free range egg whites , 120g caster sugar and 120g desiccated coconut.
