Simon Rimmer black and white cookies with strawberry and cream dipping sauce recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up delicious black and white chocolate cookies with strawberry and cream dipping sauce on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 220g flour, Half teapoon baking powder, 1 pinch bicarbonate of soda, 1 pinch salt, 145g butter, 200g sugar, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract paste and 80ml sour cream.

For the topping are: 650g icing sugar, sifted, 110ml milk, 30ml vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3 tablespoons cocoa.

For the dipping sauce: 200g strawberries and 300g lightly whipped cream.
