Simon Rimmer served up frickles with ranch dressing on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 125g flour, 240ml water, 2 tablespoons baking powder, Pinch salt, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, Half teaspoon smoked paprika, 125g panko breadcrumbs and 750g dill pickles, cut in half lengthways (or 1/4s if huge).
For the ranch dressing : 200ml buttermilk, 75g mayo, Juice 1 lemon, 20ml white wine vinegar, Clove crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon chopped dill.
