Clodagh Mckenna a delicious Coronation cake with lemon drizzle, strawberries and blueberries on This Morning.

The ingredients for the sponge are: 225g caster sugar, 250g self-raising flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 4 eggs, 225g butter, at room temperature, 3 tbsp of milk, Juice of 1 lemon and Zest of 3 lemons.

For the lemon drizzle icing: 300g icing sugar, Juice of 2 lemons and Zest of 2 lemons.

For the Union jack fruit flag: 300g raspberries and 180g blueberries.
