Simon Rimmer Sea Bass with Ginger, Carrots and Chilli recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty Sea Bass with Ginger, Carrots, Chilli and sticky rice on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 4 x 150g trimmed bass fillets, 1 carrot, julienned, 50mm piece ginger, matchsticks, 4 spring onions, sliced, 3 cloves sliced garlic, 2 sliced red chillies, 500ml fish stock and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

Garnish with limes, coriander, serve with sticky rice.
