Matt Tebbutt showcased a delicious semolina and mascarpone pudding with chocolate, fruit and nuts on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: handful sour cherries, handful golden raisins, 1 tbsp rum, 1 litre full-fat milk , 1 vanilla pod, seeds only, 125g caster sugar, 100g semolina , 200g mascarpone , handful pecans, handful pine nuts, handful Iranian pistachios, shelled and chocolate shavings.
