James Martin serve up a delicous Mother’s Day Opera Cake with Coffee and Chocolate on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are; 1 x chocolate sponge, sliced horizontally into 4 and 1 x vanilla sponge, sliced horizontally into 4.
To fill: 800ml double cream, whipped, 1 tbsp Amaretto and 1 tbsp espresso coffee.
To top: 400g dark chocolate, 400ml double cream and 50g butter.
Optional: 50g white chocolate.
